Hi Chris - glad to have you. So not being a FL person does SW Florida mean the Western side of the pan handle - somewhere like Tampa?

I am about 2 Hrs south of Tampa and an hour north of Fort Myers.I am right outside of Sarasota in a town called Port Charlotte.I moved here 6 months ago from Va and opened my own net branch of Family First Mortgage Corp.Where are you located?

I was with Family First under another guy out of NC. He shut down shop about a month and a half ago and I persued my own branch with them,I really like there systems that they have in place and we have over 400 lenders available with a wide spectrum of products.I also have the capability to do mortgages in 32 states plus the U.S Virgin Islands.For only being in Florida for 6 months I feel Family First has given me the tools to be as successful as we have been in such a short time here in what everyone is calling a bad market.If this is the case I can't wait for the good.
