I am a residential and commercial broker from Illinois. I also sell a direct mail program that i developed. We do 250-350 mailers per week which gets 6-8 applications and 2-3 closed loans. There are usually 2 others that need some credit repair help that we close within the next 6 months. Shoot me an email for more info.
