Question Hello - How to be a successful Mortgage Broker
Hi Guys

New to the forum. Actually hailing from Brisbane Australia. Wondering if anyone could please advise where I might be able to find excellent information on how to make this business successful? ie books, websites, seminars, real life people who have been to the top and who are interested in mentoring, etc.

I would like to ask about the concept of prospecting. What have you guys found to be the most successful? Here are some of the things I have been doing:

Going to Business Networking groups
Asking the people I meet who their accountants, financial planners, attorneys are, then I call them up and ask if they have a working relationship with a broker..So far no joy
