We are a Hard Money lender specializing in 2nd TD’s. We will fund up to 77% CLTV and 65% CLTV on a 3rd TD. We fund HELOC’s.
We market our product as one that allows borrowers lower payments than if they re-financed, and allows brokers an opportunity to make similar fees as if they had.
