Hello All,

Just wanted to take a moment to introduce myself. My name is John, I am a LO working for Aapex Mortgage. I live and work just south of Atlanta and sub prime and investment properties are where I concentrate most of my business efforts. Just looking around the forum, I see some familiar names from the other forums I am a member and I am looking forward to having another place to network and learn about this business.
