No, I am associated with a private fund that will fund residential developments, subsidized housing, and projects that are " Green " or Humanitarian in nature. 10% down, no up front fees. My associate deals directly with the project funding facilitator, so upon completion of our documentation and verification of 10% liquid assets, within 5 days the Developer will be contacted by the Project Funding Facilitator with either an Offer to Contract or a list of further conditions.
