Hello Everyone!!!
Im extremely excited about this forum. Im a mortgage processor in Michigan. There are some deals that seem impossible to me however, I strive to close all deals. And I do eventually. Its great to finally have help. I hope that I can be of help as well.

Thanks for the welcome.

I have closed a ton of loans with that scenario. Lenders are now starting to change their guidelines. The problem that im having is the at least 600 mid rule for that scenario or $50k min or 6mo seller seasoning. Not all for the same file.

Im in Southfield, MI. A suburb of Detroit, MI.
