Hi,I am a direct lender and my company is licensed to do business in 50 states. I am a mortgage counselor we have some pretty good rates and we have the ability to out source if necessary. I can close a deal within 10 days no questions asked. I guess you guys want to know more about myself I ve been in the business for about 5 years off and on. My goals is to connect with some good people that are about making money. Right now I work with realtors from all over and subprime is not dead its just only the best brokers can get these deals done.

Which lender do you work for ?

Big question is, does your lender do RETAIL? This is a huge point for me.
