Smile Hello all. New lender in the house.
My name is Jim Gulbro and I am a National Account Executive with Encore Credit Corporation (A division of Bear Stearns Residential Mortgage Corporation). We are a subprime lender that specializes in Chapter 13 buyouts as well as many other tough to place loans. I'm very happy to be here and hope I can help close some loans.
