Smile Hello all :)

OK, my name is Karyn and I'm a new home real estate agent in Utah. Against all predictions to the negative, we are actually selling quite well- I'm in the middle of closing 9 deals in the next two weeks. How is business in other parts of the country?
I have noticed lately that almost all my deals are FHA- have you all had this happening too? Anyway, I hope to get to know everyone!

Hi Karyn. Yes FHA is one of the last standing ways to own a home with little or nothing down. We look forward to your contributions. Thank you for joining the board.

FHA is a realtor's best friend right now (aside from their favorite loan officer!)
