Howdy all,
It's been awhile that I have been on MBL. Was a broker and now I have switched over to the dark side of wholesale lending. I hope I can be of service and value to some of you and a resource to others. Looking forward to saying hi to some old friends as well.

Good to be back. Only wish I could transfer my status from being a broker on MBL "HisHouseMortgage" to this new acct. Then I won't be the newbie in the hall. hahahaha

I can do that for you if you want by changing your username. Let me know if you want to go through with the identity change. Only string attached is that a form must be filed with the Dept of Homeland Security to clear the new name. (Just kidding of course)

Thanks anyway Erik, I think I will just let the new wholesale lender me work my way back up, and let the retail broker me humbly fade away. Besides, lets see how fast I can get my points back up on my own haha. Have a great weekend.

Hi Carlo and Thanks, but actually I'm back. When I was a broker I was on MBL under the name HisHouseMortgage. weren't you with "Get Leads"?. We used to talk all the time back in the good old early days of MBL.
