Hello,
I am not a new loan officer,(McAllen, TEXAS) but I have just been informed that we need to begin doing a lot more B/C loans than we have done in the past. I found the web-site in a hunt for brokers who can help. I work with a builder and we have a lot of low 500 scores and everyone wants 100% financing. Of Course.

I do a lot of FHA and am very well versed with DU. I am just running out of options if I cannot go that route. I hope this forum will be of some help.

Hi Roberta,

Welcome to the site! I think you'll find many lenders offering 100% programs in the 500's here at MBL. It's good to have another FHA expert among us as well

Post some scenarios when you need help.

Is your FHA in house or do you broker it? If you can broker it do you try it through various lenders to see if one will buy it if it is referred?
