Came across this Forum from my usual haunting grounds at www.brokeroutpost.com from a link that a member put in here to my training website on one of the threads.

Hi erik, I'm sorry but I guess you missed my question in the other topic/thread you started on this subject here. Did you take that AE position you spoke about at some length last month?

Secret why do you act like an a**hole! The guy is giving away free information and you are trying to belittle him about asking him if he took an A/E job because he is offering a FREE Loan Officer Survival KIT! I think that is Very Rude, think before you write next time, what do you think your SECRET SCHOOL is so much better! I can see that is why you are on this board HALF the time to PROMOTE your school, give this guy a break he is giving away information for free, I DO the same thing here all the time, why don't you start doing that!

Arasner I understand your comments and I bet Secret might have just wanted to be-little him.

But, it is an important comment. I have been listening to the audio clips and they sound very informative to a new loan officer but at the same time very weak and poorly made.

If he was thinking of going from being a manager to being a wholesale account rep it just does not make sense if he is successful. So I would need to dig in a little deeper and see an explanation.

Erik you are new to the forum and I really appreciate that you are sharing this. It will help people tremendously.

But, just explain why you would consider a wholesale rep job and leave your current position.

Secret! Before schooling anyone, why don't you put up or shut up? How come I haven't seen your banner advertising in here or any type of advertising in any FORUMS (Whether it's BrokerOutpost, Mortgage101, or anything)? But yet, you are so sure of yourself that you're some type of a mortgage messiah. BTW, the banner cost is only $600 for six months and it's unlimited ppc. You should try investing into MBL advertising b/c it does get responses. Take that advice with you b/c I can GUARANTEE you it will reap results.

Erik talked about becoming an AE on another forum, therefore the simple question. He started a rather long topic/thread on the Ethics of doing both, seeking opinions, BTW I advised against that. The question was intended to be an honest inquiry, I don't know erik and have no reason to belittle him to this audience anyway. If I did that on purpose, wouldn't it make me look like a jerk? But it is nice to see you again Andy.

Secret! University was the longest running forum advertiser at Mortgage Grapevine (for 20 months in a row), and of course we offer advertising on our own discussion board, so we know quite a lot about the value of discussion board advertising vs other methods of marketing. But your CD idea is a good one, maybe we'll author one on that subject!

sorry havent posted here in awhile, i own my own mortgage company and closed 7 loans last month for a gross of 26k and a net of 13k, being a jerkoff is why you got banned from the outpost Secret.
