Hi!

My name is Garrick Smith and I am considering getting into the mortgage brokering business. I'd like to ask if you all would consider the mortgage brokering business a good business to get into right now? With the slowdown in the market are you still getting a decent amount of loans closed? Any advise to a newbie would be appreciated.
