My name is Mike Wynne and i'am a partner with Group Four Financial. We have many years experence in commercial funding. Two of our partners that have since retired came from Wall Street and brought with them a strong relationship with some Top lenders and Investors. We are not a lender but we strive to be more than just a broker even though our fees are generally lower than most. We are direct with many lenders and have a lender for 99.9% of most loans.
