im a licensed realtor in california and nevada and ive been studying creative real estate financing for about a year now to separate myself from tradition realtors.
just started up my own investment company called paradigm capital group LLC and this is mainly to pool in equity from our clients in order for us to reinvest this capital into our hard to find deals.
reason why i joined this forum because i want to learn how to do hard money lending, purchase mortgage notes, and learn the avaiable programs to financing my investment deals that i find.
i know how to do lease options/purchase, wraps, short sales, owner financing, wholesaling, retailing.
what i really what to learn more is on how to do these techniques in a legitmate manner. ethics and laws is really important for me so im really trying hard to educate myself on these issues.
