What is up with Greg?

Hey everyone! I just wanted to post a quick note and let you know I am sorry I have not been able to be in here as much here recently.

I have been handling personal and professional and I am stretched very thin these days. I have been doing a lot of work to my home and I am the type to do it myself.

Business wise I currently have 68 qualified loans in my pipeline with 11 in processing and 2 funded for the month. I have about 12 credit repairs too.

I take an extreme amount of time with my customers explaining everything I can about not just mortgages but Realtors, houses, and I basically am at the point where I am taking in excess of 3-4 applications daily.

The next month will be very busy for me but I plan to devote some time to the forum next week and possibly this weekend to try and help everyone out.

So I apologize for my absence and assure you I will be able to catch up.

Thanks a bunch!!!

68 loans in the pipeline. I am assuming you have loan officers working for you? Thats great. I did quite a few loans in akron when i was in ohio. Nice town.

I work by myself and my wife processes. We have 9 loans in the pipeline with 2 funded this month. I suspect only 2 more will fund this month and the others will in july.

cheers!!!

Hey good to hear you're still alive, Greg. I was wondering when you were going to show up again just the other day. Look forward to a flurry of posts next week when you get a second. And congrats on a busy stable of business!

What improvements are you making on your house?

No LO's working for me.. I am just a Senior Loan Officer...

I have managed in the past and like originating much better. Direct control over my income..

So... Can you imagine how many times a day I have 2 phones on my ear and am emailing at the same time..

I am exhausted but plunging forward.. Turning 5 more into processing this week.. I am on track for 10+ this month and have July lined up and ready.

I need a vacation and I need money for the house work. I hate using loans for that kind of stuff. 2 months of pain in leiu of double the cost in interest.

Greg,

That is so awesome. I totally agree with you on the "I hate using loans for that kind of stuff. 2 months of pain in leiu of double the cost in interest" statement. I owe a lot of money in taxes but I'm just plunging away too by selling leads to pay off taxes. I can pull money from my property in CA and FL but I'd rather not b/c it doubles by the end of the session.
