The banner advertising is available to merchants and service providers who want to get their message out to the users here at MBL. These are the banners at the top of every page. Pricing can be found at the link in my signature, but for brokers like you Tom, I think the thing you're looking for is this.

You now have expanded signature line space, you can upload a photo or logo for your "avatar" to show up on all your posts. (My avatar is the blue "MBL" that shows up by my name). You have more private message space, you can edit and delete your posts, and you have higher reputation-giving power.

There are a few other things I'm not remembering right now but those are the major ones.
