WANTED: RealDeal Phil's Rip-off Wheel

Dear Victims of Real Deal Phil:

There are some of you that are very upset with Real Deal Phil b/c you were a victim of his rip-off wheel. I've read most of your post in Brokeroutpost regarding Real Deal Phil's disappearance. I understand your frustration and I might be able to help you with your search. BTW, I'm not Real Deal Phil nor Netskrill... the last rumor I read in BrokerOutpost was that I'm these guys. LOL.

Anyhow, why don't you folks that are looking for Real Deal Phil from BrokerOutpost try the following:

1. Get a petition together and write to the Florida District Attorney regarding your complaint. Before you do this make sure you get a dispute report from your financial institution and include this in your report to the FL D.A. If there's enough of you that files a complaint then the Florida D.A. will take this into action.

2. Have a leader to collect money from every person that got screwed by RealDeal Phil and get the media involved. This should get his attention quickly. If you guys are truly serious about gettting him then put it to action rather than just talking about it.

3. Contact his domain server provider (http://www.directnic.com/whois/?quer...alborrower.com from the way it seems - BrokerOutpost is the registered server for http://www.potentialborrower.com) and let them know he ripped you off; or just simply send Darin an e-mail. He should pursuit some sort of disciplinary action (like shutting down their website) to help you with your conquest of search. Some registered server providers are very understanding when it comes to con-artist like such.

4. Contact Florida's BBB and report this issue

Hope this post helped you guys and I'm truly sorry for the trouble. Once again, if you guys are truly serious then put it to action.

Thanks,
Carlo

Does Real Deal Phil run Lending Hope? Sorry, I'm out of the loop on this story.

Lenderama,

To be perfectly honest with you, I don't even know myself. It's just frustrating b/c members from other forums are coming in here just looking for him. He must have done something really foul to get these folks on a rampage. Also, there's just way too many rumors going around which in-turn puts lead providers on a HOT seat.

WANTED: Real Deal Phil I guess is like the burning topic right now in most mortgage forums.

Thanks Greg,

I read some of the post messages on the other forums and they are on a 'bounty hunt' for this guy. Greg, if I get taken for $3,000 then I would be an irrate chipmunk myself. I don't blame this guys/gals for being mad. Hhhheeewww... standby for heavy rolls.

Carlo

phil is a cool guy to talk to and i am not hunting him at all. some others are not so forgiving but i still believe he will come through and make up for this mistake. i might be a fool for believing this but nobody is perfect so i believe in second chances. dont you carlo? what did phil have to say about the lynch mob that is forming and what happened to his marketing campaign? my nephew is a gracie student for 8 years and i am friends with the owner of ifc if you ever need a hookup in the industry, heavy rolls...

RealDeal Phil is a very upfront guy and he said he will fess-up soon.. just need some time though. He said he got totally screwed by his advertising publishers/media and considering the fact that the wheel debuted during the holidays - which really killed the borrowers' audience capture. I understand where he is coming from because I'm a lead provider myself. Clients always expect us to hand them gold - but unfortunately, its not that easy - we are in the marketing industry. We can't guarantee anything (closing wise) and it's true what Phil said, sometimes the advertising works... sometimes it doesn't and people just have to understand that's why there's P & L (Profit and Loss) in business.

It was not an intended maneuver.. as a matter of fact, he lost more than the folks that bought leads from him. Imagine having 25 solid customers and lose them all after 1 bad campaign. That means Phil is stressing right now b/c PotentialBorrower.com is his bread and butter.. and I'm sure he has kids to feed and mortgage to pay. He has to start from scratch again by earning clients' trust. BTW Midas, he said he appreciates you for being a good sport b/c you're the one that spent the most and not really bitching about it. Anyhow, we had a long chat but it was mostly lead guy talk... He said he will fess-up soon and I'll let him handle the rest of the talking.

Thanks,
Carlo
