random question

Why do you suppose it is that certain members of MBL think they can get me to do this or that thing by threatening to never post here again?

I know your to much of a gentleman to tell them to kiss your "pick a flower and color"
in my case it would be lily white A$$.
You provide a good forum for people in the mortgage industry. I've made a suggestion and you explain why you do what you do the way you do it, and that's it

Thanks Dwayne. It is interesting to me that some people would choose to approach a situation threateningly instead of the way you have. Just ranting a bit, I suppose, in my own way.

Hey Erik, Your doing a great job. If someone don't like the way you run your shop tell em to not let the door hit them on the way out.

You know what else is funny - some who have threatened to leave have officially declared they were leaving, never to come back then a month or two later they're back posting away. The other thing that's funny to me is it's usually only members who are trying to sell something that do this. Anyway, people can be funny.

I have the answer!!

Do I always have the answer?

Ok you ready...???

It is because they think they are better than most people and that they are an asset to everyone so by demanding something they feel they will get it when they threaten to leave. They think you have this mindset that you want to keep as many members here as you can and that this is a Walmart where the customer is always right and gets what they want.
