That is too funny! The issue is not the job or the income. Actually the D.T.I is pretty low. I am pretty sure is the credit history and the score. is 604, one open trade about 7 months old, there are some paid and closed and a couple of collections.

You know, they are always saying they go down in the 500's, they"ll use alternative trades,blah,blah,blah. I guess I won't know until I talk to another lender, because not even the A.E can't give me a straight answer.

One note here...I was trying not to go the Countrywide way, But as much as I hate to admit it, they do have something for everybody.

Everytime I am in a jam like this, who is the one that pops in my head as a last resource? no other but Countrywide. Sad,but truth!
