Nice - much more SE friendly URLs. I have to be honest, I haven't seen as big a boost from that as I was hoping for, but it doesn't hurt. Hopefully you'll get a better bump than I have.

The blog looks great. The key is keeping up with it and keeping it up to date. People love that and that is what will keep people coming back for more...
