I'm developing an opinion that discussion boards have fed that attitude. Seems like many/most who visit discussion boards (and I post on 7 of them so I think I have a fair cross section of industry people)) to get "something for nothing" -- and as a service provider I'm growing somewhat concerned about that, since what my company sells is information - so for me at least, it's a very fine line - where do you go from being helpful to insulting former paying customers?
