Hey guys how are your jobs?

Hey guys hows everyone been? I haven't been around because I am still struggling to find a good job. Accredited has shut its doors completely and I was laid off from there over 6 months. I can't find a job with a lender anywhere. I applied to wells fargo and countrywide but no luck. I think my biggest problem is that I have no references because all my managers at all the companies I have looked for are long gone. I was wondering if anyone could give me a reference, I know a lot of you know that I was a big contributer to this site and would help out anyone I could. I don't know anyone in these big companies but I would love to get back into it. If someone is willing to recommend me and I get a position I am willing to give you a 500 dollar bonus for your help. I am sure most companies you are working for offer a bonus for referals. Please shoot me an email if you could help me out. I might have to get out of the mortgage business if this doesnt work out. Thank you in advance.

Hey Brendo - sorry to hear the job hunt is still on. Would you ever go to a smaller employer/broker and originate that way until you found something more to your liking?

Join a broker. Corporate America is unsecure unless you land at a large banking firm that does mortgages like Wells, BOA, and so on.

I am much more happy with what I can do for customers with a broker and the opportunity to keep more of the profits the banks are building into their rates in retail outfits.

Countrywide just laid off 1200 employees. I just got a full time day job. I might just go back to a broker. Only issue I have with them are their reps of rippin employees off. I will only go back at 60% comission. Anyone work in the southern part of MA. I dont like a lot of Rhode Island brokers.

Hang in there. Become a 'local guy' . Take the next weekend and pick a local small town or somewhere near you, and start marketing yourself there as the local guy.

You can still make 10k a month if you really focus on customer service and A paper. Meet your clients in person.

Brendo. I strongly suggest you start your own netbranch. You have been around well long enough to go on your own so to speak. Unless your broker is feeding you quality leads, there is not much point.

I can put you in contact with a guy who will set u up with FHA and w2 pay. $500 per file.

Remember to get the product guidelines from each rep or usually they are on the company web page. Read and know their programs so you know if they are scamming you into sending a deal they probably cannot close.

aviVentures is on a distinguished road
I work from home for a broker. To make extra money I launched an interent business and I was making money by the 20th day. The first affiliate I hired made money on day 3.
