How did you open up so wide a gap between us? I just noticed you're over 1,300 posts now and I still haven't hit 900. I need to get on the ball.

And i like the green squares.... But, I did not get anything for hitting 1000.

Hey there will soon be cause for people to begin using rep more often. I'm working on a little sumpin' sumpin' that should motivate people to get more rep.

Carlo I think you had more posts than me at one time too, but you've been busy with other stuff enough lately that I've caught up.

Wow thanks Carlo. I must say this is the only forum that I put this much effort into. I still moderate Mortgage Leads Guide and Agents Online but no where near the same effort.

The reason I think is because of the amount of attention Erik gives this forum. He is the 2nd leading poster and was/is in the business like us. So I really think that is the main reason. MLG was giving me a free 10 state directory listing and that page was always top 5. But, the admin was hands off with the forum and it is a ghost town in there. So I hated it because nothing was being done with the forum.
