Liberec is on a distinguished road
Could this happen to you? and, what to do????

My home was foreclosed by a mortgage lender who doesn't hold the mortgage.

If I hadn't filed Chapter 13 the day before the courthouse steps sale, I wouldn't be in my home right now.

And if I hadn't decided to list, my friend a Realtor would not have gotten the title binder which shows that the mortgage lender who foreclosed does not hold the mortgage.

I think this situation reflects corruption.

I don't know what to do, either.

i am glad you managed to file chapter 13 before they foreclosed.

I know what i would do.........

................. pay my mortgage every month.

then , you wouldnt have to become 'victim' to all these horrible corrupt schemes out to get 'innocent' souls like yourself.

Excellent advice "Florida Man"! In this new " Dr. Phil age", it has become a common trend for things to be everyone else's fault.
