Class A Office Buildings Wanted in the North East USA
These properties must be stabilized (high tenancy, with a decent cap and NOI) and offered at a fair price. High profile buildings are a MAJOR plus. Budget is not a concern. We would like to deal DIRECT if possible. If you are in a chain then we need to get to the mandate. Necessary NCND/Fee agreements will be placed in order to protect all involved.
