With the invention of the internet you'd think people would have learned better than to write stuff like this. It takes all of a minute to call a customer and make good with them, even if you don't agree with their position. Instead this company will end up with bad Page Ranking out in the open and accessible through every search engine for years.

I would have to agree with you on that Ted. Very bad thinking on the pool guy's part, especially to someone who is computer savvy.
