good programs. However, most of them are straight conforming DU programs . Do you have a rate sheet to show your pricing is at or cheaper than our usual conforming lenders?

We do No doc on the option arms up to 95cltv. Our sub prime niches are the 1 loan 100%. Our guidelines aren't as strict as your regular conforming lender.
