I just finished writing an E-book about understanding and effectively selling the Pay Option Arm. I've spent several years learning, researching and selling it, so I put all my stuff in an e-book form. It's in the process of being copywrited and then I'll have it on the web site. I'm also working with other people in the industry to get more products up on the site.
