Wow Oaktree, pretty bold statement there. I've known Christy Eckert for a while and I do some work with Alansis here and there. So, tell us why you think they're a scam? By the way, are you a lead provider or a mortgage agent?

I wouldn't bad mouth something/someone if it was not true.

The main 2 main things with any lead provider is the quality of the merchandise you are buying, and what they are willing to do to resolve any issues or even pick up the damn phone.

Now, I can definitely see why Alansis wouldn't even bother picking-up "the damn phone". You know if I have a customer that has a close mind or even tries to pull an attitude even after you extend a helping hand (regardless of whatever you do to work things out)... I wouldn't pick-up "the damn phone" myself. I usually place them in my screen call so my operator could take the message and return their call if I feel like it.

Don't do unto others if you don't want others to do unto you. Pretty simple.
