I have only submitted to search engines, listed in 15 directories, get a free 10 state listing with top 5 results on MSN and Yahoo, and posted a zillion (joke) times in forums.

That is all I have done and it is enought to make my page #1 among all Loan Officers in this company on MSN at least.

No $ in it yet. I think I have 2000+ links so far which is nothing. The 10 state listing has the Search Engine Optimization that drives 2-5 apps a week right now. Seen as high as 9 in a week and as low a 0.
