What do you really need?

I know most people will say "a lead", just get me a lead that's all I need. Well, I'm not gonna sit here and say that I have a magic wand. If your a broker that calls from a farm kit and gets most of your leads by referral. I may have something that may benefit you. I offer free mortgage web sites to brokers. Yes they are 100% free. All you pay for is the hosting it's just $7.50 per month. If you sign up on Friday or Saturday it's a $1.00 for the first 3 months. So you save about $21.00 a year. The thing is why pay a setup fee for a web site that's not gonna bring you a lead. That's what the other companies won't tell you. In order for your site to rank in the top 100,000 of all the mortgage sites out there you'll need at least 7,000 links. That's other sites that link to yours. That's a lofty goal let's face it. For now what you can do with our free site is get an online identity, use our optional online 1003 and create online closing documents so your clients can download them and fax a more legible copy rather than multiple faxing. This can be a work horse site for you to get your clients to save you time. The online 1003 is of course caylax compatible. Vist the site at http://www.mortgageinnovators.net

Thanks Greg,
I see your with home 123. They have a very nice site with a high position. I'd be intrested in knowing how many loans come come from your web site and how you drive traffic to it.

$7.50 a month? Nice! Is the 1003 application hosted on a secure server (https)?

The 1003 is hosted on a 128 bit encryped server. We set that up with a 3rd party. You just pay for the hosting, most of our clients make the site a workhorse for customers to download forms and fill out the 1003. Send me an e-mail at bryan@mortgageinnovators.net I'll set you up.
