Greg, "Those who concern themselves in the welfare of others are destined to be wealthy!" My explanation for stressing "Legitimate, Legal, etc." Was our desire to differentiate our company from the "hordes of horror stories" out there. The 'bottom-line' from my prospective is; "there are far too many (in the business) who fail to understand, or live up to the responsibilities of a fiduciary." Unfortunately, I can't seem to get to a window that will allow me to "Edit" at this time. Again, thanks anyway for being such an honorable gentleman.

Florida Man, I'll address your two (2) major points; 1.) Loan Minimums - We have none. But we "look very closely" at candidates doing just enough business to "get by." Successful, professional Mortgage Lending Branches ought to be earning a "descent living." 2.) SAME DAY COMMISSION PAYMENTS; This is real simple, WE PRESENT A CHECK TO THE BRANCH MANAGER IMMEDIATELY, UPON PRESENTING THE FILE & THE FUNDING CHECK! That's it, Now isn't that simple?
