Loan Officers Seeking for Leads - WARNING - Lead Company Scam!
I received an e-mail from an individual 3 weeks ago with an interest to join my Independent Lead Broker position. This individual tried to get a hold of my National Sales Director regarding the position. I told him that he (The National Sales Director) is no longer with us and I asked him if I could assist him with anything. This Angelo character sent me an e-mail and tried to reverse sell me into buying leads from him. After a series of e-mails with this guy... he confessed that he wanted to buy leads from me and wasn't really interested in the position.
He stated that he had the best live transfer then switched the discussion into he was interested in buying leads from me.

I got way confused with this guy.
Just to further my investigation, I asked this guy to pull 3 of his best live transfer dialogs (between his telemarketer and borrower) so we can post it in MBL and have you (LO's) decide which live transfer, in your opinion, would pan out better. His response
You’re funny…ok, you’re on. You remind me of me when I was your age, full of piss and vinegar. Give me two weeks to get all set up and I’ll take you up on your offer.
My thoughts - WATCH OUT for
http://www.elendingleads.com with the name of Angelo. This individual just seem way too weird and dishonest.
Thanks MortgageBrokerLandian and pass this along to your partners and colleagues.
