Happy 2006 everyone! Just stumbled on to this site. Mortgage talk; exchanging ideas; networking; and creating synergistic relationships…it looks like my kind of place!

I am a Senior Account Executive for 1st American Mortgage Services. We offer a wide variety of loans from foreclosure bailouts and sub 500 FICO loans to 100% Non Owner or $6M jumbos. We specialize in those hard to place subprime loans while offering very competitive Alt-A rates.

Hello from Fremont
Hey Everybody,

My name is Joe Moran and I'm an AE for Fremont Investment and Loan. I think this is such a great idea for retail and wholesale to work together in getting deals done. Fremont is a subprime lender somewhere ranking between 2nd to 4th largest in volume depending on the month so we do A LOT of it. I was an LO before this so I know what you go through to try to get customers and it's always in the forefront of my mind that my job is to get your customers taken care of QUICK and to help you earn a living. After all if I can't do it I still want you to make money, stay in the business and maybe the next one we can do together.
