WANTED: MBL Seeking Wholesale AEs and Lenders.

Dear MBL Members,

While I'm giving away FREE Leads lets do something in return for MBL. Introduce some of your Wholesale AE's, especially subprime lenders, to MBL as our return favor to Erik Baty for putting this system.

Having a network of lenders will help other MBL loan officers that have 'hard to get' and/or 'impossible' loans to fund to meet an AE or lender to approve their borrower's request, thus, will help these loan officers close their loans -- Give something and you will be rewarded.

Also, this would be a special appreciation to Erik for building such a great creation for us folks in the mortgage industry to meet and do business. I know it has for me b/c I already have 3 conference call appointments tomorrow just from meeting them on this website.

Living and breathing. Got a call from when I was a loan officer and got asked to sign up. Sounded like a decent idea.
Quick introduction, I've been in the industry for about 4 years, underwriting, closing, originating, been on the title, broker, and lender side.

Underwriting is: In by 12 out by 9. The underwriter actually calls you to review the conditions with you.

Shawn - Welcome to MBL! Glad to have you here. We will be broadcasting the website to millions of LO's in the next 3 weeks. The founder, Eric Baty, of MBL is currently conducting a few test on this program and I'm sure having you here during the early stage will be a definite advantage to you.

Well this is my first post on this amazingly beautiful new forum. I must say it is so much better than snitz.

I am so glad you made the changes. So many more search options. You have only begun to unlock the software’s full potential.

The only negative I can think of was I took such great pride in posting over 800 times on LIH. Now I have to start from scratch again.

A note to all new members. Erik really worked miracles in driving so many members in such a short time to LIH. We will not be alone long and I will be working hard at maintaining peace and tranquility among all of our new members.

And Carlo! Wow what a great setup! I cannot wait to see all of us grow.

Hi everybody, I'm an AE from IndyMac Bank. I was pretty new to the other site, LoanInfoHome then I got an email about this site. So I guess I'm fairly new to it all. A little about me. I was previously an Underwriter for Countrywide for the past couple of years, and now I'm an AE for IndyMac Bank, we specialize in Construction and Sub-Prime, but we do all types of residential loans. Hope we all have fun here.
