| Vintage Leads (Great for Telemarketers, Direct Mailers or an Automated Dialer)
Our vintage leads are consumer requests for a mortgage that we have collected over the last 3-5 years. Many of these people are now coming out of ARM's and are certainly in need of refinancing to avoid the inevitable rate change. This data is far better than trigger data, and much more accurate than most of the other vintage data out there because of our address verification system which compares the consumers name with the address listed on the lead (to insure that the consumer is still located at that address). We also re-sell our fresher leads as soon as they become 30 days old.
There is availability to leads from ages ranging from 30 days old all the way up to 5 years old.
We sell our vintage files at different prices depending on volume, criteria, state selects, and age. To give you an estimated cost usually they are sold anywhere from $0.10 cents per lead to $1.00 per lead.
