I have two sites that I'm looking to rent out. I'm no longer in the mortgage business as I'm now developing web sites. Anyway, the two sites are usmg.net and onlinemortgageadvice.org.
Usmg.net is a website that can be adapted to a company or individual. I primarily targeted sub-prime leads so most of the copy on the site is targeting people with bad credit. I would prefer not to change any of the copy on the site but we can always add additional pages. The site also comes with the phone number 888-USMG-NET and perspective borrowers do call. I would prefer to find someone who is used to sub-prime leads and knows the programs and what can be done.
Onlinemortgageadvice.org is a site where consumers ask mortgage related questions. There is currently a backlog of answered questions as I have not been able to keep up with the site. The site is designed to make the person that answers the questions be seen as an authorative and trusted professional. I have had ongoing conversations with many people that have asked questions and some have turned into clients or referred other people.
I'm not looking to sell these sites but rent them out monthly. I have also developed and tested PPC campaigns for both of these sites that work quite well. So, if you're interested in turning up the volume we can work something out to increase the leads to whatever level you like or you can do it yourself. I used right-loan.com for PPC in co-ordination with usmg.net and it converted an astonishing 60%. I have over 600 leads that can be remarketed to and some current leads right now that I just don't have the time to deal with.
