Ton of loans and time management

I found a way the gets me a ton of leads, I still have to turn them into loans, which I have, and it's the only thing I do to get loans, It's tripled my income, I also have a ton of more time now, I don't work all day everyday like I used to, I work about 4 hrs a day, that's it folks! Someone who closes 68 loans off this would not come to a message board trying to get people to try this service.

And 4 hours a day.

1x3 = 3 bucks.. congrats...

Someone who makes 2 posts about this is not doing it to let everyone know in a friendly way they want to make money off of it and I doubt you made 6 figures unless it was because you have interest in this item/company...

You're right on target there Greg, I've seen this guy on a couple of other boards, he's really combative ... I won't be surprised if he doesn't come here and BLAST you for revealing the truth!

Greg I can support it, I am not a poser, I've been a top producer with Carteret Mortgage for 4 years, It doesn't matter if you believe me or not, I'm just sharing with other ideas on how to get more business! It's another TOOL! I don't see much from you offering ways to get loans! If you don't like it don't get it! I am showing other LO's how to work smarter and not harder, I like helping others get ahead and I can afford TOO!

Greg, You're not wrong about arasner at all, the only way he has triple his income is from selling goldcalling and not from loans he has said he closed.
Prove it arasner,, I just happen to have a very close friend that works at carteret and he told me that he has never seen your name on the winners list. 68 loans in one month??? who are you trying to kidd? get out there and make your money the honest way arasner and stop ripping people off.
Now,,, put that in your pipe and smoke it.

LOL, wow I turn my back for a minute and my boy Andy is getting beat up. I just don't get it. Andy came into the thread with a hook line to get people to inquire about goldcalling. Maybe I missed something . Gold calling all of the sudden became how much Andy makes doing loans vs. selling goldcalling. Who cares. I don't.

Yes you can resell the software and make money . That is an added bonus! Its not very difficult to sell the software. I have sold a few myself. Let me explain something and maybe this can get back on track of Gold Calling and less on who makes what and how they make it.

Gold Calling works. Its not the best thing out there. But it has its pro's and it has its con's.

I hope you all would agree with me when there is many different ways to market. Everyone has there favorite method of getting business ,some work better for others and I guess it has to do with confidence and how powerful is the approach.

For example. I like mailers . I know that my mailer is going to get my phone ringing. Its not going to be laydown customers but I know with the data that I use , there is a good chance that they are going to call me.
I know others that have tried mailers and they have had no luck. They will tell everyone out there they stink and not to do them. SO people listen and pass the story and pretty soon a whole office is infected with the impression that mailers stink.

Now , the same thing goes with Goldcalling, telemarketing, knocking on doors, internet marketing, buying leads or what ever else people do to get business. You don't really personally know unless you try it. Some sound to good to be true and some sound like they will never work but you will never even know for yourself unless you try them. I am not saying to go out and buy every lead from type a to z or from every lead supplier out there but..... look at things that could help you in your performance and get you to a higher pay level. Have different things in your arsenal!

Realtors do it all of the time. They advertise, buy leads , send mailers, knock on doors, attend chamber meetings, involved in the community , telemarket , buy lists, and some even goldcall. Think about it for a minute.... what do you do ? do you rely on the leads your company gives you or waiting on your own internet leads or are you sitting there wondering why you are not closing any deals?

Now May I say that gold calling will work for some people. It can get you business and some are going to have better results than others. I have seen people buy goldcalling and they tried it and got no results. Now after trying to find out why..... its because they either should have never even gotten into sales , they didn't have the money to properly run it , They have limited knowledge on our industry,or they were trained wrong and are not using the system properly.

The goldcalling system is not a fix all. Its not going to fix someone's sales ability and its not going to run itself.

If you have a good script. You have a good marketing list, You have to send enough broadcasts,You have to have enough money to run it , You need to know your products, And you have to be somewhat good at sales. Then you should be able to get results from goldcalling.

The same goes with any marketing you do .

I think that the only problems that I see with goldcalling is that it does take some money to run it, and that goldcalling should have a better way of getting up and running and some sort of a industry specific training seminar. Not how to sell the system but how to properly use the system , too often I have spoken to people who have purchased the system and the person who sold it to them ran off and they were no where to be found. I must say that it seems as resellers who spam these forums and don't know jack crap about our industry those are the people are would raise an eyebrow at!

Now when it comes down to my Pro's on Gold calling. I like the contact manager a lot! I also like the email features with the trickle email. I like that I am able to take my entire farm with me and now I am as paperless as I can possibly be. To broadcast and send messages all at once and to get return calls from never lifting a headset or pushing numbers is pretty nice. I like this better than an auto dialer by far! It has other features that I don't use and they may be beneficial to someone else but not so much for me.

So my thought is, Buy Goldcalling , try it , and if you don't get business like you thought you would, Who the heck cares. You still have an awesome contact manager , a email function that will blow your socks off. You also can sell the system and be a reseller.

Think about it , I make sense! I have seen people get burned on leads from bogus companies. Some have been burned over and over again. ( I am not saying all leads companies are like that ) But When its all said and done you walk away from it with nothing and you lost your money. WIth gold calling you still have the satisfaction of a remarkable system.

Gold Calling is not for everyone. There is a smaller version for only $500 if your broke, but I would buy the $1500 version because it has all of the bells and whistles. If you don't want to buy it then don't!

I am sticking up for Andy, Maybe he came across wrong to many of you but I know Andy and if you knew him you would understand where he is coming from.

I have heard this all to often with Nylx and gemcap too.

I have tried those as well . I have heard people say good and bad about both and can resell those services too.

So for someone not likeing something because it has a resell program wit it is weak. They are the ones missing out with the product .

Your friend at Carteret is Mistaken, I have TWO branches one in MI and One in WI Top Producer in WI, MI #2 I have been on the top producer list many times your friend is mistaken!!! I also do many commercial loans, which commercial is unregulated so you can do the loan with Carteret or NOT, and make more money brokering yourself, you make a lot of money on Commercial LOANS, to the person who bashed me, Keep doing what your doing, I will also I try to help people if you don't want to make more money don't buy it My Question is how do you talk to 25,000 people a day???????? Exactly! Don't buy gold calling from me, buy it from someone else, I will still give you my scripts that and the targeted lead list providers I use! I don't understand why people on this board bash so many people when I thought all of us as mortgage brokers were supposed to help each other out! I haven't had one other person help me with something to get a lot of loans other than MARK above! Ask Mark how much I've helped him with his loans! That is MY PROOF! And the 68 Loans IS MY OFFICE!!! IF YOUR NOT DOING THAT KEEP DOING WHAT YOUR DOING AND GOOD LUCK TO YOU, I'D RATHER MAKE A LOT OF MONEY CLOSING LOANS! GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALL!
