To date we have made contact with 12 of them and have 5 full applications. Of the 5 that we now have, 3 look like they should turn into deals....

When you put 'free' leads up on your thread headline, then all to find out you have to ORDER a bunch to get those leads, then you have already announced you 'bait and switch'.

Lead providers must give test batches for FREE to potential clients . If the leads are any good, the broker will obviously want and pay for more. They will also refer you to other people.

I will pass, based exactly on the fact your advertising was misleading.

I did not mean to be misleading, nor did I mean to "bait and switch". In order to regain your trust as well as the trust of others on this forum I will be offering COMPLETELY FREE leads every day this week.

I understand your frustration, we had given away 69 leads on another forum and received excellent responses from it. However, to give away that many leads on every forum just isn't possible.

What I am willing to do however is to give away a couple free leads every day this week. On monday I will send you some free leads, please let me know what states you can receive.

If anyone else is interested in receiving free leads this week please message me or post here and I would be happy to send them to you, if not the lead will be posted on this thread and the first broker to reply will get it.

You will be getting some leads from the morning shift in the early afternoon (within hours of the app being taken). You will receive a couple more in the evening from the afternoon shift (also within hours of the app being taken).

I have plenty of fresh Florida data so that should not be a problem. I will check first thing tomorrow about brevard county.

As for the 450 fico or 100% just so you know we drop any call that has such a low fico or ltv of above 90%. If they don't qualify for anything then it doesn't benefit either of us to sell it.

I am looking for repeat business, only way I can get that is if you make money. As for how we operate I will explain that in full.

We buy targeted data and load it into our predictive dialer. We have our telemarketers cold call the list. The call center is located here in Montreal, Canada. Having an english speaking, north american call center has really worked out for us.

We operate solely as a lead provider. We DO NOT have LOs and do not close our own leads. We are selling our leads only on an exclusive basis because that's what we've found will make our brokers the most money.

We train our TMs on the industry 1 hour per day before getting on the phones. They really do sound more like LOs and you are free to call and speak with every one of them and ask questions about the industry (neg am, reverse mortgage, hard money, differences in indexes, ect.)

What we do is we get on the phone with homeowners and discuss refinance benefits. We are against the idea of script bots and prefer our telemarketers to get into a conversation with them. If there is no need or they do not qualify for anything the call is dropped.

Cashout
Getting onto a fixed

I tried a guy out of toronto whom advertised on BO back in 2005. This model you have of being in canada is a lot safer due to the fact i have never heard of canadians being licenced to sell mortgages in the US.

If you do not have guys selling loans, and only sell the lead ONCE, then I actually have HOPE that it can work.

All we expect you to do is find us LEGITIMATE customers. I will pay $100 bucks for a legitimate lead. 5 apps for 500 bucks only needs to turn out to be 1 loan for that $500 bucks, and I will continue to purchase.

In fact, i may hire you to exclusively work my county if this is really on the level. Lets find out.

Very excited to get some leads out to you. Just so you know the leads are in PDF format. You will get the actual sheet that the TMs fill out. We have a data entry person enter the info into the computer immediately after the app is taken.

This week is a very busy week for us, most of our schedule is already booked so I will not have that many leads to give away this week, however I will give what I can.

Again, I am not sending you returns, bad leads, or leads that were taken just for the heck of taking an app. Nor am I going threw the leads and picking only the best ones just to impress you.

If you do not like our leads simply call me or message me with your concerns and I will work with you to try to fix any problems, but I am confident that you will love to speak with a willing and able homeowner looking to refi in the next 30days.

Once again I am in MONTREAL, CANADA. We DO NOT close our own deals therefore the ONLY way we can survive is by getting repeat business. It is very hard to get new business these days as a lead provider because there is so much distrust out there because of the number of bad lead providers. That is way we do everything in our power to insure that YOU make money. (That way you will come back and buy some more

Each lead is sold ONCE. If a client is already in process with another broker then we right that down on the lead including the offer that they are being given.

We only have a small amount of data in that county. However, when you decide to order from us we will get a large batch of fresh data for the county you requested. I will have the TMs try to pull some apps from brevard before switching the data to a larger pool of near by counties.

I appologize for the delay. We have been booked this week and it was the wrong week to offer free leads as we are running a CA campaign which takes a little longer to fulfill than others.
