Ladies and Gentleman I have talked my boss into buying Leads to Loans. This program is similar to MetroScan and Criss+Cross RE. We have spoke with our attorney and he advised as long as our per LO price is below 50.00 per year we can give out these leads. My proposal is this. We would like to increase our business in Florida, Georgia and Virginia. If any Referral only Loan professionals are looking to do some good ethical business, I would like to talk with you.
For those of you unfamiliar with Leads to Loans, it is essentially a real estate database. It shows owners, address, interest rate, filing date, lender and some other nifty features. It is amazingly easy to isolate what you're looking for. If you want adj rate mortgages above 9.5% filed 1.75 years ago with a certain zip code, it will give it to you. Talk about getting your real advertising dollars worth. I'm not trying to be rude or coy, but I would only appreciate serious inquiries as this costs us money to produce.
