We just recently joined this forum in hopes of networking and making new contacts within the mortgage industry. This is our first post, but we look forward to becoming an active member of the community. Our company is called The SIP Marketing Group Inc. We are a Canadian based marketing firm which specializes in mortgage marketing. We offer a variety of different solutions for Canadian and American based mortgage companies.
First and foremost, we realize that we are new to the Mortgage Broker Land. We are reaching out with good intentions and will not shamelessly promote ourselves with any annoying posts. The purpose of this thread is to introduce ourselves to everyone, build relationships, network, educate our staff, and build business contacts. We look forward to our experience on Mortgage Broker Land and becoming an active member of this wonderful online community.
We are currently servicing 4 large US based mortgage brokers. Our contract with one of these clients expired yesterday and we are currently renegotiating the terms of service. Although we have excellent rapport with the branch manager, due to company politics ( a combination of trying to squeeze us on our base price point, and demanding a fairly challenging set of filters), it looks like we are probably going to loose them. We have done business with this client for the last year and a half and have shown them a very consistent performance. They are willing to provide us with a reference for future clients.
We are currently looking to network within the Mortgage Broker Land to identify a partner to fill this void. We are NOT looking to solicit our services and accept orders randomly. We are looking for ONE company that can meet a certain set of requirements, and also has a need for a new lead generation solution. We are also NOT looking for any immediate orders and wish to carefully select a new partner.
We understand that on this forum, as a lead/service provider, you must prove yourself to be reliable and of good quality. Again we are not soliciting this forum for orders. We are looking to partner up with ONE company and form a long lasting, productive business relationship with that ONE company. We have no problem proving ourselves to the one company by setting up a test run and welcome them to post their results on the forum. However we will NOT be providing everyone who asks with “FREE LEADS”. That is not why we are here. We have a completely transparent and simple process and welcome all questions and concerns from qualifying companies.
Here is what we are looking for:
- Company must be licensed in 10 or more states. Preferably nationwide.
- Company must have 10 or more loan officers working on the campaign at all times.
- Company must be able to accept 30+ leads on a daily basis.
- Loan officers must not be new. All loan officers must have a proven track record of closing loans.
- Company must be able to accept a 550 ficos score and above.
- Company must be able to accept leads on a 9am-9pm in any timezone.
- Company must be willing; after successful test run, to enter into a month to month contract.
