I am a contract processor with 9 years experience. I charge a flat fee per file to the borrower on the final HUD with no cost to you. I am completely set up with Calyx Point, Encompass, Broker Buddy and FedEx accounts. My experience is as follows:

• DU, LP, DO, EMagic, AUS
• Complete review of the 1003, Credit, 1008, TIL, GFE
• Lender pricing engines
• Price, structure, lock and submit
• Order appraisal, title, hazard and all verifications
• Collect and submit all prior to close and prior to funding conditions
• Receive clear to close and schedule closing
• Review of final HUD1
• Package final docs per stacking order
