Realtors Increase Your Comi$$ions

Hi,
My name is Krystal Brown and I’m Sr. Processor for Charter Funding Corp. retail division of First Magnus Financial. I’m building relationships with Realtors to tell you how you can earn money by letting us close your client’s loans. I’m sure you have heard about referral fees, ECT by other banks or brokers, but give me a minute to tell you about what Charter Funding and I can offer you. You will see our Realtor relationship program is like no other.

The way the program works is you sign up with Charter Funding/First Magnus with an affiliated business arrangement as a realtor. You refer me the loan, and it closes with Charter Funding/First Magnus. You will be paid up to 1% commission from the loan when it closes. How we will be able to legally give you a commission with out violating RESPA laws you ask? Well it is by the affiliated business arrangement, you will essential become an employee of Charter Funding/First Magnus, being 1099 at the end of the year as a commission only employee. What we are saying is you can still act as the Realtors as well as collect up to 1% as a Charter Funding/First Magnus employee.

I have some realtors making 3.5-4.5%,….. 2 ½-3% for their commission and 1% with us. The realtor relationships I have now are solely because of my quality service we show them as well as them seeing how lucrative this can be. All you have to do is when the offer is executed, send me your borrower’s information and I will qualify, and I will start collecting the loan information from the borrower, and get this loan closed.
My track record for loans closing that were purchases has been 10-12 days.

And that’s it. It is very easy to sign up, and many realtors already have and their clients are well taken care of.

Thank you for your time. I hope will be hearing from you soon.
