When you sign up as a broker with HTDI you will receive;
Two web pages; one is a lead capture page and the other is "backoffice" where you can track your clients progress so you can figure out when they are ready for prime financing. Loan Officers ar closing 5 out of 10 loans after the first 45 days due to our high fix/delete ratio (a little over 46% after the first 45 days).
We do pay a client referral fee of $50 which you will receive after the client has signed up for our services. We can either pay you the money owed by check, or after you send ten clients who have successfully enrolled in the program you can offer a years free coverage to a client, friend, family member, or even yourself.
