BTW, I went to Fabio Santos' office and he is way too expensive. His training is $150/month and average trainer rate are between $99-$120 a month... even $120 is pushing it. Anyhow, I've talked to his students though and seen some of them in action.. these folks are some tough cookies.

Uh my site is in my sig. I did not make it. I am over 2000 links so far on the link popularity charts. I have spent nothing on it. I may stop at the rate I am gaining referral contacts.

Secret... caugh caugh .... I nailed down 4 agents whom referred me 6 loans. 1 I nailed down wed. and 3 friday of last week. 6 since wed of last week. All qualified for purchases so far. Pre-approved within 15 mins or less.
