No out of Pocket private money rehab loans nationwide

We close and fund within 2-4 days.

We can defer payemts for 6 months.

Is it on future value? Can you give us the score requirement for FD an Stated?

Sorry about that.

We need to be able to lend in a company name. If the borrower does not have a company name, they can get an LLC for about $150.00.

Credit score needs to be 660

The loan is based on the future appraised value based on a "subject to" appraisal and inspection.

We do not need to see docs.

We can only fund in a major city (half a mill in pop)
