New Source of Mortgage Leads/Business

This goes out to all brokers who can handle purchase business. This is a new idea that my company is launching in the next week or so. First, an introduction. My name is Ed Watkins and I am with a company called Austin Lead Management based in Jacksonville, Florida. I have leads available in 47 states currently, those being expiring ARM leads as well as fresh credit inquiry/trigger leads. You can have those as either leads for your staff to call or in the form of a live transfer for a fair price.
The new program I am offereing is this:

I have thousands of leads coming to me that are renters. I am looking for a few GOOD LO's that are able to pay this program its due diligence. My company is offering to those GOOD LO's the following. We will contact 100+ renters for you each month that you will speak to. These contacts will happen during a conference call, so we can maximize your productivity. We will supply the conference lines needed for all calls, supply each conference call with 50+ renters each(or we will place a third call for free so we can get you the specified number of contacts) and we (if needed) will assist these LO's with the phone call. The phone call should be informative as to the home buying process and how to get necessary docs for mortgage process. All clients on these phone calls will be in an area within 100 miles of you or less. This way, you will not waste tons of time working on a Q/A process.

To answer your questions:
I have been in business for 2 1/2 years. There is no parent company. I am one of the owners. I do have references available for people to check on. I currently have 100 clients so there have been many to invest in this service.
On the first call, there were 50+ renters, of which 3 or 4 were in the process of getting applications started. The big thing however, is that this will build an LO a large residual list of clients to call for the next few months. That, in and of itself, is a valuable commodity in this changing market.
