We are Licensed as a broker and a banker depending on which state you are referring to.

Banker as in corospondent to a wholesale lender or your own direct lending?

Broker, Bank Charter, or REIT?

Is there a parent company?

Sorry Greg I can not share our investor list with you. Yes as in a correspondent lender. We are a multi-state broker and No there is not a parent company.
